The bookmobile which delivers summer meals will not run today due to weather.
We can't wait to see you at the Parking Lot Party on August 12th. Make sure you update all of your registration forms to receive your child's schedule.
NCPS has opened Parent Portals. At this time, each parent should access their account to update the online enrollment forms for the 24-25 school year. Each form should be submitted by August 15th.
Parents should contact school registrars with any questions regarding enrollment or completing online forms.
Summer School is off to a great start!
Here are a few reminders for families and students:
-Summer School hours 8:30 to 3:00 p.m. (Monday - Thursday, July 8 - July 18)
-Students should arrive early to their bus stops in the morning. Bus routes are full this summer. Please arrive five minutes earlier than your original posted time.
-Cell phones, earbuds, Airpods, and other personal electronic devices are not allowed during instructional time.
-Students should come to summer school to learn, engage, and prepare for excellence during the 2024-2025 school year.

Good afternoon Cougar Community. It is hard to believe, but Thursday, May 30th is the last school day for students. We hope all have an enjoyable and relaxing summer. We look forward to seeing you again in August.
Please be reminded that student medications must be picked up before the last day of school. All meds that are not picked up will be destroyed on May 30th. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your child’s school nurse.
NCPS will begin device collection next week: NHS- May 23rd & 24th, NIS- May 28th, and NMS- May 29th. Seniors- you are not allowed to participate in any graduation activities until the device is returned or payment is received for the cost of the device. This includes participating in commencement.
If you haven’t joined Rooms, our family-teacher communication tool, sign up before the school year ends! Once you are enrolled, you won’t have to sign up again when the new school year begins! If you haven’t signed up yet, you should be receiving an invite via text today. You can select to sign up by email or phone. This is to notify parents that there was a fire in a classroom at Nottoway Middle School. The fire was contained to one classroom and caused by a cell phone and charger. The fire was extinguished. Students at Nottoway Middle School were safely evacuated and the fire department has been contacted.
